What are your hours of operation?

We are available Monday through Friday from 7am to 4 pm. For emergency needs that arise outside of normal business hours, please email or call us and we will work to help you.

How do I determine which drilling tool I need for my project?

Our experienced team can assist you in selecting the right tool based on your specific project requirements. Please contact us at 272-249-0648 for customized recommendations.

How far do you deliver?

Electric City Tooling has trucks on standby to bring any tooling to your site. We personally deliver within 300 miles of our Scranton location. And no matter where you are in the USA, we connect you with delivery options to responsibly transport your rental or purchase to you.

What if a drilling tool gets damaged on the job?

We do perform regular maintenance on our tools and equipment to prevent any issues that could come up, but things can still happen. If your tool experiences wear that impedes performing the job, we will work with you to get it operational or will swap it out for tools to help you complete your job.

What if I need to keep my equipment for a longer amount of time?

We'll work to ensure you have what you need when you need it. Contact us at 272-249-0648 and talk to our support team to see what we can do for you.

Are any of your tools or equipment available for purchase?

Yes, in fact any tool we have in stock is available to Rent or to Buy. And if not in stock at the moment, we generally can find one for your use. Please see the Rent/Buy tab to see sizes currently available, select the size you need, and submit our easy-fill order request form. If the size/type you need isn’t listed, just share what you need in the Additional Information section.

How do I return my rental?

Just give us a call and we'll help you arrange it. Generally, you would drop off the tool at the same location where you picked it up. If not, we can send someone out to pick it up from your job site.

What if I need a tool right away?

We provide Emergency Services to get you what you need, where and when you need it. Just call us and we will immediately work to fill your need.  

What payment methods do you accept for tool and equipment rentals?

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, electronic funds transfer (EFT), and company checks. Please note that payment is typically required upfront or upon delivery/pickup of the tool.
